Lessons from database projects
More organizations are discovering the usefulness of databases beyond fundraising.
Several members of the Capacity Collaborative have been updating their databases. One of the lessons emerging is that while the initial driver for these projects has been to support fundraising, the right solution can improve the overall operational efficiency of the organization.
